Creating multiple users in your account is a best practice for using OnceThere. It will help grant access to all your team members and will allow you to see who is making bookings.
There are two types of users, Organization Administrator & Organization User.
Organization Administrator - The first user that will be created when the account is opened is the Organization Administrator. This user will have access to the full account with no restrictions.
Organization User - An Organization User will have access to making, modifying, canceling and refund bookings. It will not have access to reporting, editing offerings, or adding/removing booking widgets.
To create new users, navigate to the Account tab in your OnceThere account.
